For determining a future date:

1. Rotate the wheel to align the starting date with the red arrow.
2. Refer to the date corresponding to the number of weeks above.

For calculating the time until a future date:

1. Rotate the wheel to align the starting date with the red arrow.
2. Find the number of weeks below the future date.
